Today, Maronda Homes builds new homes in communities across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
After working in the homebuilding industry for several years, William J. Wolf started Maronda Homes with a clear goal: to make quality new construction homes more affordable.
That philosophy continues to guide our company. We streamline our building process, use quality materials and continually refine our home designs to deliver lasting value to homeowners.
The name “Maronda” was created by combining parts of the names of William Wolf’s children: Marietta, Ronald and Daniel.
